heights. a man was shot to death at a gas station. this happened around 4:00 a.m. at a shell gas station on central avenue at ritchie road. the man was found dead -- pronounced dead at the hospital. they believe it was a drive-by shooting. no suspects or motives. our top story a pizza delivery man shot and killed on the job. police in prince george's county are looking for the gunman who attacked the domino's pizza driver. >> it happened before 9:00 last night in the 6800 block of seat pleasant drive. john gonzales joins us from police headquarters with the latest on the investigation. >> good morning. the residents surged multiple gunshots. he was a delivery man for domino's pizza. he was a residenta resident of seat pleasant drive found him on the ground.

police believe the man was shot at least one time. even though it is early, there's no official motive, it appears prince george's county police are leaning toward robbery. the gunman is still on the loose. as happens late last night at around 8:30. the third murder in the past four days in prince george's county. we had a spike in homicides early this year and that did seem to die down a little, but now this is at least the 23rd homicide in prince george's county. this man was simply delivering pizzas in the area when he was gunned down. john gonzales, abc 7 news. as nato takes control of operations in libya, president obama is preparing to make the case for u.s. involvement,. this comes as libyan rebels resume their offensive. they advanced 350 miles this weekend and retook two key oil

two murders in a matter of hours in prince george's county. a domino's pizza delivery man was shot and killed the at 8:30 last night in seat pleasant. and a man was shot at capitol heights gas station a short time ago. in san diego a sail boat sank and eight people were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. they're trying to figure out what caused the 35-foot boat to flip over. gas prices are almost $1 higher than this time last year. the average in the district is $3.75 a gallon. this spike is taking a toll on people who drive for living like a taxi fleet. now they're passing it on to passengers. we have more from northeast. >> if you print a little every time you fill up the tank, imagine doing so five days a

week -- if you cringe a little. the passengers will have to pay up. cab drivers are being hit hard by the rising gas prices. some say they are losing $35 a day. d.c. mayor vincent gray is reinstating the the $1 gas surcharged hoping to keep the cabdrivers in business. he made the announcement this weekend. he plans to keep the extra fees in place through july 25. it is only for a cab rides the stay within the district. it will not apply to anyone crossing the virginia or maryland borders. the cab drivers is a a $1 will make a big difference. extra fees are in place are ready for additional passengers and added baggage. some tourists say it is getting to be a bit much, but they are willing to pay the price. the mayor signed the invect
